Lydia graduated from University of Notre Dame Fremantle in 2013 and worked at Fremantle Hospital and Fiona Stanley Hospital for several years before undertaking specialist training in general practice. She thrives on the diversity and challenge of general practice as well as the lifelong commitment to learning. Her particular interests are in the areas of functional medicine and preventative healthcare.
Lydia has two energetic young sons who keep her busy outside of work. Her selfcare practices include yoga, spending time outdoors and listening to podcasts.
